Me and the Big C

6 x half hour programmes for TV3 and the BCI

‘Me and the Big C’ is a six part observational series that documents the complex stories of people living with cancer in the South-West of the country.  It is a significant look at contemporary Irish experiences of cancer through the first hand accounts of everyday people.  Based in three of the main hospitals that provide the essential cancer services for the region, the series follows the stories of twelve patients, their families and their medical staff in Cork as they engage with the challenges that this illness presents.

The series rated highly for TV3 achieving an above average of 15% audience share for the 8.00pm time slot.
